With more than three decades of experience behind me as a Hypnotherapist I work with clients presenting a wide variety of conditions. I recognise everyone walking into my office is seeking freedom through change. We all have the capacity to change and hypnotherapy supports that journey.

Hypnosis + Therapy = Hypnotherapy. It is made up of therapy presented while being in hypnosis. One is aware and engaged in the process. Hypnosis is an altered state of conscious awareness where one remains in control.

Hypnotic Relaxation is a very relaxing experience and this is introduced during the first session. A CD recording of my guided relaxation is provided for home use. This enables one to continue enjoying the hypnotic relaxation at home and is preparation for following sessions.

Hypnosis creates a line of communication with ones deeper self (the subconscious, or unconscious) to facilitate the therapy process. This is an effective way to create change. I have had the privilege of working with clients as they have said goodbye to the stress, fears, anxieties, memories, habits and unpleasant feelings that have held them back. My aim is to help you help yourself.
