I recognise everyone that walks into my office is seeking freedom. Freedom from something that is stopping them being able to enjoy life and be the best they can be. We all have the capacity to change and hypnotherapy makes it possible to gain the freedom sought and live life in a happier way. I take the time to listen and understand your individual circumstances and tailor treatment to meet your needs. I provide a safe, warm and confidential environment for you to talk about the issues you have. My service is totally confidential and my sessions last for 90 minutes providing plenty of time so you do not feel rushed. My aim is to help you be free of whatever it is that is holding you back from enjoying life and achieving what you want. If you feel the time is right for you to make the change and find your freedom you are welcome to contact me. I adhere to the terms as set out by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and accordingly I am in regular supervision.
My approach is a humanistic one rooted within the Person Centred philosophy that through the years has evolved to become eclectic. This humanistic approach is about how individuals perceive themselves consciously rather than how a therapist interprets their unconscious thoughts. The aim is to give support and aid the process that facilitates personal growth by allowing an individual to explore and utilise their own strengths and personal identity. I work with individual clients and sessions are one hour long.”
