Naturopathic Nutrition

My aim is to give support and guidance to those seeking to achieve improved health. A health analysis reveals any imbalances there may be. A plan can then be formulated providing guidelines to improve the balance.

I work on a one to one basis and recommendations made reflect the individuals profile. My approach is friendly, supportive, understanding and encouraging whilst maintaining professional standards and confidentiality. No judgments are made.

The nutritional journey will not be exactly the same for everyone. The common factors are that one is empowered by learning how to support the body. This is an intelligent approach to health care.

Naturopathic Nutrition treats the whole person and aims to stimulate the body’s inherent self-healing mechanisms towards better health.

Some of the conditions that improve when the body finds improved balance: Chronic Fatigue, ME, constipation, diabetes type II, diarrhoea, digestive problems, eczema, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, food intolerance, hair, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, IBS, life stages, menopause, migraine, obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome, pregnancy and preconceptual care, PSM, skin health, tiredness. It is sensible to consult a GP for a diagnosis if you believe to have any of these conditions. I am also consulted by individuals interested in prevention who enjoy a good standard of health and wish to maintain it.

I qualified in 2011 through the Nutritional Healing Foundation and gained the Diploma and the Advanced Practitioners Diploma. I have also studied with the Modern School of Naturopathy, gaining the Practitioners Diploma. Ongoing professional development is important and I continue to keep up to date with current information.
